After Fransunette obtained her Master Diploma in Spa & Management at Isa Carstens Academy, she took the opportunity to work and travel abroad to over 40 countries. Working and living on an island in the Caribbean for almost 3 years, working for celebrities on their shiny Private Yachts AND working and living with different cultures has brought her valuable experience that has no price tag.
Whilst working abroad she furthered her studies in various fields such as the Original Thai Massage in Thailand, WSET Wine Training in Vancouver, Superyacht Chef Course in Cape Town, Helicopter operations in California, Yacht Hospitality Training in Florida and Purser (Yacht PA) training in the Cote d'Azur, France.
She's gained 12 years combined experience in both Spa and Hospitality industries. Therefore, her first-hand knowledge is a powerful tool to have full understanding of her clients' and candidates' needs.
Annette has extensive experience in marketing and organising promotions with a temporary workforce of 85 staff members. After working as a Business Manager and performing extensive administrative duties she worked as a Day Spa Manager gaining valuable knowledge in the Beauty Industry, She then branched out in the Recruitment side of the Beauty Industry and now has 7 years extensive experience in recruiting suitable candidates and ensuring that the employer and employee has all their needs met.
