INTERNATIONAL SPA MANAGER - JUBA SOUTH SUDAN

Juba, South Sudan – Upmarket Day Spa seeking an experienced & ambitious fully qualified SPA MANAGER to fulfil a 2-year contract. Will be required to do treatments if need be.

Basic salary - $2 500 & Commission

Accommodation, free Wi-Fi, AC, laundry and cleaning service provided.

Includes International flights and travel to and from Hotel.

Includes Medical Cover

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Spa / Salon Manager.

International experience an advantage.

Valid Passport required.

Required: Yellow Fever Vaccination; COVID-19 vaccination card (fully vaccinated) or present with Negative PCR test

Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel.

Good sales skills are advantageous.

Qualified in the following an advantage: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team.

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven.

Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.

Strong verbal and written communication

Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Strong leadership skills

Market related basic salary PLUS commission.
