SPA RECEPTIONIST / BACK-UP THERAPIST - MILNERTON, CAPE TOWN

Milnerton, Town Cape - Seeking an expeienced Spa Receptionist AND fully qualified Beauty Therapist for an Upmarket Hotel Day Spa

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Microsoft Proficiency & Spa Software Knowledge.

Minimum 2 years experience as a Spa Receptionist.

Minimum 2 years Spa experience as a Therapist.

Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated with excellent personal presentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day management of Reception Desk.

Demonstrating high standards of service and interpersonal skills, mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps

Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven

STRONG retail background

Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.

Strong verbal and written communication

Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Strong leadership skills

Willing to work a minimum of 13 late shifts per month (11am - 8pm)

Market related basic salary & commission.
