SPA MANAGER - UMHLANGA, KZN

Umhlanga, KwaZulu Natal - Seeking an experienced SPA MANAGER for an Upmarket Day Spa.

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Required to have a Beauty Qualification preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Spa Manager.

Ensuring high standards of service and professionalism is consistently maintained.

Leading, mentoring and motivating the team.

MUST be revenue driven, taking leadership in staff’s personal budgets as well as the overall spa budget.

Take control of staff, and lead them successfully in all areas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team

Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel and Zenoti booking system will be advantaged.

Management Skills Needed: Administration, Management, Leadership, Ensure excellent customer service, Sales & Revenue, Expenses & Logistics.

Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment

Strong understanding of financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.

Must work confidently both as a leader and team player.

Passionate, revenue and target driven.

Well-groomed to present the brand.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Own reliable transport.

Strong leadership and excellent People’s skills

Flexible to work weekends, spa hours and public holidays -

Monday to Saturday - 10am to 7pm and Sundays - 9am to 6pm.

Market related basic salary .
