SPA MANAGER - UMHLANGA, KWAZULU NATAL

Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal - Seeking an experienced, strong SENIOR SPA MANAGER for an Upmarket Day Spa.

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC an advantage.

Minimum 3 years’ experience as Spa Manager.

Must work confidently both as a leader and team player.

MUST have previous experience in Spa Management and successfully leading a team

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and use of Zenoti booking system will be advantage

Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment

Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the tea

Ensuring high standards of service and professionalism is consistently maintained

Taking leadership in staff’s personal budgets as well as the overall spa budget.

Take control of staff, and lead them successfully in all areas.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Mature, responsible, and motivational.

Passionate, revenue and target driven.

Well-groomed to present the brand.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Own reliable transport.

Strong leadership and excellent People’s skills

Hours: Mondays - Saturdays- 10am to 7pm; Sundays - 9am to 6pm

Excellent basic salary PLUS commission PLUS performance incentives.
