SPA MANAGER - FRANSCHHOEK, WESTERN CAPE

Franschhoek, Western Cape – Upmarket Hotel Day Spa seeking experienced and dynamic SPA MANAGER .

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years’ experience in Spa management

Knowledge in marketing will be beneficial.

Must be computer literate.

Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment

Must lead by example.

Must be an excellent salesperson.

A strong record of training and leading people is required.

Must be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the Spa

Must have excellent product knowledge of various Spa products.

Must be able to work under pressure.

Must be sales and target driven and must be able to motivate therapists to reach targets.

Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial.

Strong leadership and excellent People’s skills
