SPA MANAGER / BACK-UP THERAPIST - MIDRAND

Midrand, Gauteng - Seeking an experienced & ambitious fully qualified SPA MANAGER / BACK-UP THERAPIST for an Upmarket Day Spa

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Spa Manager.

Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team.

Strong leadership skills

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven

Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.

Strong verbal and written communication

Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Own transport is advantageous.

Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
