JUNIOR SPA MANAGER / BACK-UP THERAPIST - MIDRAND

Midrand, Gauteng - Seeking an experienced & ambitious, energetic, fully qualified SPA MANAGER / BACK-UP THERAPIST for an Upmarket Day Spa

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Spa Manager.

Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency, especially Excel.

Zenoti Spa Software knowledge and good sales skills are advantageous

Must be qualified in the following: massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, wraps

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team.

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Must be mature, responsible, passionate and target driven

Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.

Strong verbal and written communication

Must be a Team player, reliable, energetic, goal driven and well-spoken.

Strong leadership skills

One off weekend per month

Own car is advantageous

Market related basic salary, commission and performance incentives.
