BEAUTY SALON MANAGER - CENTURION

Centurion, Pretoria - Seeking an experienced SALON MANAGER for an Upmarket Beauty Salon.

Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.

Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC an advantage.

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Salon / Spa Manager.

Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment

Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.

Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team

Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.

Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.

Mature, responsible, and motivational.

Passionate, revenue and target driven.

Well-groomed to present the brand.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Own reliable transport.

Strong leadership and excellent People’s skills

Salon operating hours

Monday–Friday: 07:15–18:00

Saturday–Sunday: 07:15–17:00

Working days, shifts, breaks and days off will be agreed according to the roster.
